Philipp Pieper – Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Philipp is the founder and CEO of Proximic. Prior to Proximic, Philipp held positions in supply chain management at Sony where he co-founded and spun-out a company from Sony called Tadoro, specializing in electronic data interchange technologies. He has held various private equity and corporate investment management positions within Deutsche Bank and Allianz Group. Philipp holds degrees in Engineering and Business Administration from Berlin University of Technology and UC Berkeley.

Louis Monier – Chief Scientist

As the founder of AltaVista, Louis is widely considered one of the Fathers of Web search, and has held senior positions at Google, eBay, and research labs across the world. Louis earned a Ph.D. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Paris in 1980 and worked at Carnegie Mellon University, Xerox PARC, and DEC’s Western Research Laboratory. Louis is also the co-founder and former CTO of Qwiki.

Rodney Mayers – Chief Revenue Officer

Rodney is an experienced media and business development professional with over 15 years of extensive knowledge in both traditional and digital media. Before joining Proximic he was the COO of Adify and was instrumental in the acquisition of Adify by Cox. Prior to joining Adify, Rodney held senior executive positions in Business Development, Strategy and M&A at Cox Enterprises in Atlanta, Georgia. His digital life began at Prodigy Communications in White Plains, NY. Rodney holds an MBA from Kellogg and BA in Economics from Syracuse University.

Lucy Dathan – Chief Financial Officer

Lucy brings on board more than 17 years of finance and management experience from tenures at world-renowned organizations such as the London Stock Exchange. Lucy was CFO at Trovix (sold to Monster Worldwide), Piczo (sold to Stardoll), Lexit Financial Group and First Tuesday. Lucy spent eight years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and holds a B.S. in Commerce from Santa Clara University and is a CPA.

Tom DiGrazia – VP, Engineering

Tom brings a wealth of experience, having previously worked for eBay where he led the program to develop, implement and scale-up the eBay search engine as well as the complete rewrite of the search and listings presentation and business logic tiers. Most recently Tom was CTO of TripTrace, a company focused on delivering travel and location-based applications. Prior to eBay, Tom also served in a variety of management roles at Excite@Home, Zoho and Raychem Corporation. He earned his B.S. in Statistics from the University of California at Berkeley.

Jodie Kahn – VP, Client Services

Jodie comes with a wealth of knowledge about digital ad serving industry and the New York media environment. Jodie joins from Yahoo! where she was Director for Platform Business Strategy for Right Media. Jodie got her start in Marketing and PR in the mid nineties and then joined 24/7 Media managing client relationships. Later she spent some time at Arbitron in MarComm and has been with Right Media since 2005. Jodie holds an MBA, Marketing from NYU Stern and BBA in Marketing from Emory University.

Felix Hansen – Director, Product and Client Integration

Before joining Proximic, Felix was Director of Professional Services at a leading European distributor of networking and storage equipment where he developed business continuity solutions. Prior to that he worked as a consultant for Yahoo! Germany to help improve the user experience and product design on various Y! services. Felix holds a master's degree in business administration from the Ingolstadt School of Management and Universidad de Belgrano, Buenos Aires.
